Meet Charlie
Charlie Sykes is the founder and CEO of S.H.E (Sister’s helping each other). As a teacher and speaker, Charlie is known for captivating audiences with her high-energy, humorous approach to life’s serious issues. Her faith-filled and transparent stories encourage listeners to become all that God has created them to be.
Charlie is a faithful servant to the Lord. As she walks alongside her husband, she efficiently helps to manage the church’s business, and is always willing to assist in any capacity. Her role as a first lady is like none other. She is a down to earth, jovial and balanced Woman of God. She just doesn’t sit to be waited on; she will help out where ever help is needed.
Serving with her husband in ministry she understands what it takes to make an impact in the Kingdom. Pastor Bruce and Charlie are the founding Pastors of Love Cathedral Christian Center in Chandler, AZ. Prior to the call of ministry she held various positions in church.
Charlie holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Theology from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL. She also holds a Master in Organizational Leadership.
Charlie is both licensed and ordained to Minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Charlie’s work experience included various positions in the healthcare industry. She's also had the opportunity to serve at risk youth and to participate in prison ministries for several years.
Charlie express the greatest accomplishment in life is being a wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend. She devotes most of her spare time serving her family. In her quiet moments, she enjoys reading, performing arts and spending time with her family. Pastor Charlie has a heart for community and bringing women together is a true passion. Her motto is we are stronger together.
